Returns & Refund Policy

Order Cancellations
- You can cancel your order free of charge at any time while its status is "Processing".
- The cancellation button is available in your order history and in your order confirmation email.
- Once your order status changes to "Dispatched", the cancellation option is automatically removed and our standard returns process applies instead.
- Successful cancellations trigger an automatic refund and a confirmation email.
Returning an Item
Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return for most items, for any reason.
Returns are handled directly by our team β there is no automated return portal. To return an item:
- Contact us first via our Contact page or by emailing returns@orbo-market.com, quoting your order number.
- Once we've confirmed your return, send the item back to:

Please ensure items are unused, in their original packaging, and include your order number. We recommend using a tracked delivery service.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund including return postage costs.
